I remember watching the series back in a day and being blown away by the choreography. Imagine my surprise when i saw this on my nostalgia trip!

I'm glad the core appeal is still there, but i also dig the new angle with switching perspectives. Looked like an interesting concept, although i can see the issues that could appear with this.

Either way i'll definitely keep tabs on the reboot, looks promising. Wish you luck with the project!

I really like how you managed to make it look like a claymation. The soft lighting especially helps with that feel (besides other things, of course). Hell, that was my first impression before i checked the tags. Great job!
I also love the little details and subtle movements and how overall thing looks like an old first person rpg.
I guess my only nitpick would be the map not moving when the player presses the buttons. But besides that i don't really see anything that i can really critique as a person who lacks expertise.

You managed to recreate not only the looks but also the feel of the Awesome series. For a second there i thought it was a legit missing episode or something like that.

Fantastic job!

Really liked the demo and looking forward to it's future release! Feels oldschool, but fresh, like those experimental adventure games, especially with your art style and design (Neverhood comes to mind), which is super cool.

So far the puzzles don't seem to be challenging (which is okay, i'm fine without super complicated puzzles), but i did like the not-so-obvious solution to the cockroach puzzle, so i hope there will be more creative solutions like this in the full game.

Good luck and i hope you'll reach your goal!

Hey, that's pretty nice little game! I really hope this become the series. The plot is interesting!
Splitted screens for timelines is a cool idea.
A little advice though, let the player speed up the text by pressing LMB one more time.

Thank you very much noname2!
Yeah hopefully i can get a few more of these out there and iron out the kinks in the process.
I will definetly try to implement a text-skip function in the nect one! Thanks!

Trying to move forward.
